Rail transport is booming. It is beset by a number of broad intertwined issues such as local planning, sustainable development, industrial policy that are compounded by a complex, integrated technical system in which rolling stock, infrastructure and operation are intimately connected.
At Eurodecision we support our customers (infrastructure managers, railroad operators, rolling stock manufacturers, engineering and consulting firms, etc.) by implementing operations research-, applied mathematics- and AI-based methods. As a result we have worked on many projects and studies to optimize rail system organization, operating costs, service quality and improve energy and environmental performance levels.
